Clear terms make better work.

These are the general terms used for DeployLab projects. A signed proposal or agreement can add to or replace them.

Deposits and scheduling

A deposit holds the start date and is credited to the first invoice.
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, a deposit is refundable until seven days before the confirmed start date.
A late cancellation can require a new start date and deposit.

Payment

Invoices are due within 15 days unless the project agreement states a different schedule.
Stripe processes card payments. Bank transfer can be arranged when needed.
Work can pause when an invoice is overdue.

Scope and changes

The project agreement defines the work, schedule, and deliverables. New requests can change the cost or delivery date. DeployLab will confirm those changes before adding them to the work.

Ownership

The project agreement states what the client receives and when ownership transfers. DeployLab keeps ownership of its existing tools, working methods, and reusable systems unless the agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

DeployLab treats private project information as confidential and can sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement before sensitive material is shared.
